I am a 500 RYT. My passion for teaching yoga was born from over a decade of practice. I have studied many styles and lineages as I traveled around the world. I teach public classes, studio classes and private lessons. My classes range from gentle flows to a more athletic vinyasa flow. SomaVeda® Thai Yoga is an elegant and sophisticated form of spiritual and scientifically based Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine.


This 164 hr./ 17 day, approximately two week program, will cover all four levels of the Basic Professional Thai Yoga Certification Program plus fifteen additional breakout and/or supplemental courses.

No Previous experience required.

For example, if you have knee pain- we can look at the feet, pelvis and hips. In many situations knee pains are not caused from the actual knee, but another part of your body being out of place.

Yoga Therapy is a different thought process then what most people are used to hearing. It is not about the "No Pain No Gain" We do not want to stress your body more then it already is. We will use our breathing techniques to release the pain.
