I am a 500 RYT. My passion for teaching yoga was born from over a decade of practice. I have studied many styles and lineages as I traveled around the world. I teach public classes, studio classes and private lessons. My classes range from gentle flows to a more athletic vinyasa flow. I also teach Trauma Informed Yoga as a tool to bring the mind to focus on the present moment, realize that you are safe and breath to signal to the nervous system to calm and rest.
