My classes are designed to share the benefits of this practice in a CORPORATE SETTING. I have built my reputation on making my classes accessible to all who wish to restore the mind and body in a way that allows them to leave class energized,rejuvenated, relaxed, and with a focused mind prepared for the challenges of work. On a mat or chair, the benefits can be realized. I can also help implement stretching poses that can easily be done in a chair, at the desk during a work day, to counteract the negative effects of sitting for hours at a time and reduce eye strain.
