The classes are aimed towards the development of higher awareness through the practice of asanas (yogic postures), pranayama and relaxation.
Hatha-yoga is a non-competitive practice that prepares the practitioner for dhyanam - meditation. It also rejuvenates the body and is beneficial to one’s overall physical and mental health.
