Ramakrishnananda Yoga is based on the teachings of Swami Ramakrishnananda and in accordance with the ancient Vedic tradition.
The classes are aimed towards the development of higher awareness through the practice of asanas (yogic postures), pranayama and relaxation.
Hatha-yoga is a non-competitive practice that prepares the practitioner for dhyanam - meditation. It also rejuvenates the body and is beneficial to ones overall physical and mental health.
