My first experience with yoga at 16 was in pursuit of a different workout program. Wow what an awakening I found, not only for a diffent body, but for a different outlook on life as well. I have practiced and study Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and Bikram styles of yoga and now teach them to others. In my own practice and teaching I study and support each style separately or in combination to create a new challenge. I look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with everyone. I am certified through yogafit and have attended numerous trainings to glean more insight into teaching yoga and philosophy. I am also a personal trainer.
