I started my training with the very best Foundation in CA in the '80s, one of the most influential yoga centers to shape the modern flow-based yoga scene in the western world. It is a nationally renowned yoga center. I continued to keep up on my studies and certifications and hold 9 certifications, in addition to being CYA 500 hours (highest level). I have owned my own business in two cities, one being Miami and performed with a television celebrity, and have taught in three other state. I am highly trained to teach: group yoga all levels, senior yoga with disabilities, chair yoga, fitness yoga, power yoga, teen yoga, sport yoga which includes men, (in all my classes), professional athletic yoga, meditative yoga, beach yoga, Christian yoga and yoga geared to a groups preference.
