I am a 500hr EYRT, YACEP instructor with 15 years experience teaching and 7 years teacher training. I am passionate about learning and spreading the yoga love to new students, seasoned students and teacher trainees! I love to teach chair yoga! I hold 8-10 zoom tribe classes live online each week with various focus styles offered. I have experience with digital event offerings on Yoga Alliance's platform, having held 3 sessions this fall that are archived for future reference. My primary focus in workshops and training is largely based in Anatomy/Physiology and Biomechanics of the human body and for safe and accessible movement. I started my training with the very best Foundation in CA in the '80s, one of the most influential yoga centers to shape the modern flow-based yoga scene in the western world. It is a nationally renowned yoga center. I continued to keep up on my studies and certifications and hold 9 certifications, in addition to being CYA 500 hours (highest level). I have owned my own business in two cities, one being Miami and performed with a television celebrity, and have taught in three other state. I am highly trained to teach: group yoga all levels, senior yoga with disabilities, chair yoga, fitness yoga, power yoga, teen yoga, sport yoga which includes men, (in all my classes), professional athletic yoga, meditative yoga, beach yoga, Christian yoga and yoga geared to a groups preference. I am an Assistant Professor so I have excellent teaching and communication skills. I have done volunteer yoga, some being for addicts of all types and inmates which have proven to be extremely successful.
