I am the owner of "Get Bent ~ Do Yoga". I have been a yoga practitioner for nearly twenty years and an Instructor for 9 years. I hold a T.R.Y (Therapy, Reiki, Yoga) Certification with 200 hours of training in the style of Hatha Yoga.
