Fusion Studio is a warm, friendly environment located in the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids. Fusion was voted the best yoga studio in Eastern Iowa by KCRG's A-list in 2008 and 2009. It has been in existence since 2000 and has over 300 students enrolled in classes. We offer yoga classes of all levels to people of all ages and abilities as well as private sessions if needed. The teachers at Fusion are extremely knowledgeable and have gone through the most extensive training in the yoga industry. Fusion offers the Anusara yoga style which is known to be very healing and strengthening. It is based on a life affirming philosophy which teaches us to look for the good in ourselves and others. Anusara uses Universal Principles of alignment to safely guide students into the poses and it is also about building a strong community of like-minded , like-hearted people who chose to enjoy life and live it to the fullest....
