I am the owner of "Get Bent ~ Do Yoga". I have been a yoga practitioner for nearly twenty years and an Instructor for 9 years. I hold a T.R.Y (Therapy, Reiki, Yoga) Certification with 200 hours of training in the style of Hatha Yoga. I am experienced in teaching different levels along with varying Yoga styles; Hatha, Christian, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Children’s & Gentle Yoga.
In addition to this, I advance my training and teaching techniques by attending professional workshops such as; Yogafit with founder Beth Shaw, Kids Yoga, Anusara Yoga with Todd Norian and Kundalini Yoga at the Kripalu center for yoga.
