We have 16 certified instructors, close to 40 classes weekly, open 7days, many styles of yoga, Hot yoga, Kids yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga workshops, pilates, belly dancing. 10 years serving our community. Newly renovated, spaciouse rooms.

I have studied the art of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga through yogafit, which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance Partners. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been teaching this various techniques for over a decade and a half. I can also incorporate different techniques for core building and muscle mass.

I have a small studio in house that can hold small group as well as private sessions. I am versed in many forms of yoga and have been teaching for over seven years. I also am certified in pilates.
