Key 2 Joy is a Wellness Community Center offering Hatha Yoga, Tantra yoga, Chair yoga, kids yoga, meditation and good night meditation for kids. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Your 1st half hour class (yoga or meditation) is free.

I have studied the art of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga through yogafit, which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance Partners. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been teaching this various techniques for over a decade and a half. I can also incorporate different techniques for core building and muscle mass.

I have a small studio in house that can hold small group as well as private sessions. I am versed in many forms of yoga and have been teaching for over seven years. I also am certified in pilates.
