Studio Rue utilizes Stott Pilates, to rehabilitate both chronic and Post-Rehabilitative musculoskeletal conditions. Studio Rue treats the body as a whole functioning unit using a wide variety of therapeutic techniques, such as soft tissue and joint mobilization, and muscle energy techniques.
