Practicing since 2000, Brian decided to deepen his understanding of yoga by becoming a teacher in 2001. He opened Red Lotus Yoga in 2003 leaving behind a successful career in real estate in order to focus on yoga full time. Soon after opening the studio he started the Red Lotus School of Yoga to share the numerous benefits of teaching yoga with others. During that same time Brian also became a small business coach to teach owners how to achieve a personal and professional balance by incorporating yoga and meditation into their lives.
