Kathy Stover teaches in the Iyengar tradition since 1999. With 20 years of personal practice, two Teacher Trainings with Aadil Palkhivala, Master Iyengar instructor and eight years assisting Ruth Fisk, founder of CFY, Kathy brings her knowledge and love of yoga from her heart to yours.
