Yang's has been offering yoga and mind/body classes since 1988. Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate-level student, or a yoga veteran, you will find a program that is right for your level and a teacher who can offer the support and guidance you need to get the most out of your yoga practice. Our classes are powerful learning experiences in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. All classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. Yoga workshops are regularly held throughout the year. Yang's also offers beginners' to advanced Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Chinese martial arts classes (kung fu).

Yoga for Boomers, Golfers, Walkers, Tennis players, and more specifically targets the "new" senior who wants to remain strong, active, and flexible. There are six classes held each week at the Agawam Senior Center on Main Street.

Two classes are designed for those new to yoga. The "Gentle" classes are scheduled on Monday - 11:30 and Wednesday - 9:45AM. Four classes are designed for those with prior yoga experience. These classes are held on Monday - 8:15, Tuesday - 4:15, Wednesday - 8:15, and Friday - 11:15. Classes at the Agawam Senior Center are $5.00 per class; its a pay as you go system.

Crestview Country Club is hosting a new Saturday morning class beginning July 14 - August 25.
