I am a certified Yoga Instructor, licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Medicine practitioner based in Delray Beach, Florida. I love customizing programs for individuals or corporations that are geared for relaxation and stress reduction, weight loss or health and fitness, or recovery from injury or illness.
