We offer daily yoga classes, qigong, Tai Chi and meditation classes. Prenatal Yoga; private sessions are also available.

At Heart of Florida Yoga we create an authentic yoga experience. Every session begins with breath work to start a unionizing effect with the body and mind. We bring movement through warm up as needed for each body type. Asanas are chosen to accommodate the individuals needs. In a group setting we use variations and modifications. Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation). You will decrease stress hormones and increase feel good chemicals in the brain that will bring ease to the body. It seems the benefits of a yoga practice are endless. I embrace yoga as a gift, and opportunity to transform body, mind and spirit. I think we all are trying to be our best selves and through reflection, intention and discipline we can learn and grow. After completing my 200hr Teacher Training, with YogaWorks, I went on and trained with Sadie Nardini in "Core Strength Vinyasa". In classes with me, you’ll learn how to break the habit of moving only from the outer body and loading layers of tension onto yourself. SomaVeda® Thai Yoga is an elegant and sophisticated form of spiritual and scientifically based Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine.


This 164 hr./ 17 day, approximately two week program, will cover all four levels of the Basic Professional Thai Yoga Certification Program plus fifteen additional breakout and/or supplemental courses.

No Previous experience required.
