We offer daily yoga classes, qigong, Tai Chi and meditation classes. Prenatal Yoga; private sessions are also available.

I embrace yoga as a gift, and opportunity to transform body, mind and spirit. I think we all are trying to be our best selves and through reflection, intention and discipline we can learn and grow. My lightheartedness can make practicing fun. I think yoga is always evolving and I like to play with moving with the freshness of each moment, and encourage an open heart, compassion and gratitude. My classes can be energetic, however modifications are given for all levels. I enjoy practicing and teaching a creative core flow. I believe everyone an benefit from yoga and improve their overall vitality through breath, movement, revealing the beauty of your true self.
After completing my 200hr Teacher Training, with YogaWorks, I went on and trained with Sadie Nardini in "Core Strength Vinyasa". In classes with me, you’ll learn how to break the habit of moving only from the outer body and loading layers of tension onto yourself. Beginners level Yoga classes, Intermediate level classes, all levels, meditation, Hatha, and Yin yoga all taught inside of the Leader Martial Arts and Fitness building of Titusville. I will not personally claim how practicing yoga can help you physically, as everyone is different. But I will say that it is a wonderful practice for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. It has personally greatly improved my asthma, anxiety, ability to control my weight, depression, and that pesky irregular heart beat of mine!
