I give women the tools they need to overcome the power that stress can have on their health, mind and happiness by teaching them how to access the ability to relax that is already inside them through the practice of yoga, mindfulness techniques, and breathing practices. I am committed to helping women just like you break the stress cycle, find solutions for when stress inevitably pops up, and live a fulfilled and happy life.
I offer a variety of classes suited to all levels of yoga practitioners, including All Levels Flow (Vinyasa), Yoga for Athletes, Power Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children’s and Teen’s Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Digestion, and Yoga for Stress.
I am available to teach a variety of workshops, pop up classes and special events in nearby yoga and wellness venues. I am an insured Registered Yoga Teacher and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Member, holding a variety of certifications and specialties.
It is my goal to make sure that you feel comfortable and supported in class. I always seek to provide a friendly and welcoming environment where we can tune-in, relax and even laugh a little.
