Amritari teaches Hatha yoga for healthy aging and mental wellness on a mat and in a chair with standing postures. Her classes strengthen, stretch and balance the body as a preventative treatment from physical and mental illness and disability. Her goal is to energize while relaxing the body allowing for breath and body awareness.She also teaches iRest Yoga Nidra which is a calming guided meditation. All of her classes are on Zoom. She also teaches private yoga wellness sessions on Zoom or in her home studio.
