As a former ballet dancer with The Dallas Ballet, I have experienced many different exercise styles throughout my life. Over the past 5 years, yoga has been my passion. My yoga teaching experience includes such companies as: 24 Hour Fitness, LifeTime Fitness, Ladies of America, LA Fitness and The Mat Yoga Studio in Richardson. My teaching style is a fusion of my training and inspiration from all of my yoga and dance experiences.
