Wellness through Ayurveda and Yoga. Ayurveda is the natural medical science of India and sister science of Ayurveda. I provide Ayurvedic consults, Shirodhara, and yoga sessions. The yoga sessions are either 1:1 sessions or small group series. I prefer not to teach large group classes and to focus on the science of yoga.
