My style of yoga is Power Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) with fun and relax music. Power Yoga is basically more focused on working out. During your flow, your mind will flow into you with long, deep breaths and be able to be in the present moment. You will have many benefits and be able to go deeper into the posture by moving with your breath during the sequences. I will guide you to go deeper into yourself and you will be relaxed and refreshed after class. We will also have meditation time to quiet our minds. The class will be unique and fun!
