Befit Westchester Fitness and Yoga specializes is children and adult Yoga classes. We work in schools and privately. We also teach yoga for local organizations, Girl scouts, boy scouts, clubs and we provide workshops in family yoga. Our method is to create a peaceful environment inside and out and empower our students to live healthy passionate lives.
