We offer Classical yoga classes, in which inward meditative awareness is cultivated along with proper alignment. Using breath and mudras (yogic hand gestures), we learn to sense and use internal energy for greater vitality. We also offer Tai Chi and QiGong classes. Special series and workshops are offered in Kids Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Eastern Approaches to Emotional Well-Being and Common Ailments. Private Yoga or Qi therapy sessions available by appointment. Our instructors are highly trained with over 40 years of experience.
