Scott Howe began taking yoga classes in 2004 as part of his recovery from Rheumatoid Arthritis. He found the mind-body connection of yoga was something that had been missing from any other workout he had tried before. Through numerous classes, workshops, and styles of yoga, Scott has developed a somewhat non-traditional teaching approach. While his classes include many traditional yoga poses, he also draws on his own experiences, including his time spent coaching high school athletes, to create a great class and a guaranteed awesome workout. His classes are non-judgmental and non-competitive, with all levels welcome.
