I am trained in the traditional style of the Bihar school of yoga, and believe that I am not here to teach but to share my practice. My professional training is as a physiotherapist from Bombay Univ, and I have shared Yoga for 20 years all over the US.
There are no levels to the classes as they are designed to accommodate varying abilities.
Each session is complete in itself and integrates body mind and spirit through the practice of asana, pranayama and yoga nidra meditation.
The theme of the classes changes every month focusing on a different topic. Each class is sprinkled with background info about the pose allowing you to understand the cultural context in which they are traditionally practiced.
