Shiva teaches yoga geared towards increasing awareness, on all levels. Through conscious movement, attention to energy and flow, and dedication to going deeper we explore the experience of being human through the practice of physical yoga. Classes are vigorous, focusing on both building strength and increasing flexibility. Deep relaxation is always included at the end of class in the form of Savasana, usually including sound healing and sometimes aromatherapy. Shiva leads yoga retreats and teacher trainings in Bali and Indian for total wellness, relaxation, and personal growth.
