Donnie teaches yoga classes at several locations in the Detroit metropolitan area including: Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation Center, Bodhi Seed Yoga Studio Mt. Clemens, Pointe Fitness and Training Center in Harper Woods,Powerhouse Gym in Fraser and Powerhouse Gym in St. Clair Shores.
Specialize in teaching beginner to advanced levels at the same class so that everyone can benefit not matter what level they are at. Lots of experience and has now taught over 8,000 classes in the past 12 years.
Donnie shares not only the importance of physical exercise but also spiritual messages and a guided meditation to conclude each class.
