I am a certified yoga therapist by International Association of Yoga Therapists, a certified Body Balance Yoga teacher and a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. My teaching encompasses a variety of yoga styles but mainly focuses on Iyengar, Vinyasa and Yoga Therapy with a focus on body mechanics and reducing patterns of tension. My classes are complete with breathwork, meditation and relaxation techniques and I adapt my classes for all levels of ability.
