Shimmy Shakti's Yoga is Ashtanga/Vinyasa inspired, focusing on smooth transitions, and fluid breathing. We believe in practicing to "the edge", not too little and not much. All of Shimmy Shakti's Yoga Instructors are certified with a minimum of 100 hours in depth training in Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Asanas, Yoga Philosophy, Ethics, and Modifications.
