Offering personal attention and emphasis on individual capability. Classes for beginners, continuing beginners, and level 2 students. Several locations. I am a RYT with over 20 years' experience. Most of my training has been with Iyengar yoga, a system that is very safe and makes yoga accessable to anyone of any age or ability. I am also a zen shiatsu (acupressure) practitioner, and a graduate of the Ohashi Institute in NYC.
