With pioneering approaches to alignment and breath, OYBC offers students a fresh approach to the pracitces of Yoga. The classes are well balanced providing space to explore, refine and expand.
We offer a 200 hour teacher certification program and CEU programs that are registered with Yoga Alliance Yoga.
