I am originally trained in Integral Hatha Yoga, which I have been practicing for 16 years, and have taught for 9. I am now in Viniyoga training and love it!!! I will have my 500 hour Viniyoga teaching certificate at the end of March 2013. I have transformed from this teaching style even more and am excited to share it with you! This style is based on the breath, and on what your body is able to do...not doing the perfect pose! Let me take you through a journey of breath, asana, meditation and chanting...and help you become atman...pure awareness!!
