I teach Yoga with a Christian emphasis, relating poses to ways to praise and meditate on God. I teach at Harrodsburg Baptist Church's Recreation and Outreach Center two days a week and offer private yoga sessions for women in my home. With 25 years of teaching fitness classes, encouraging women to take good care of their bodies is my passion.
