My name is Michelle Aster, I've studied Taoist, meridian yoga for the last 15 years. I am extremely fond of Yin yoga and give Thanks to Bernie Clark for introducing it here in the States. Michelle was certified with Josh Summers, acupuncturist and owner of Karma yoga, Cambridge Ma.
